It is being built in one of the most booming areas in recent years in  Moraira. An area recently urbanised and equipped with all the services,  which is situated very close to the town centre and has magnificent sea  views.

In this enclave, we are developing a house with two  floors above ground and a basement floor. Access to the plot is via two  different streets, thus improving the accessibility of the house and  giving it a greater entity. An important aspect of this project, and of  all those developed by this construction company, is the installation of  a lift that connects the interior spaces of the house, as well as the  adaptation of all the exterior spaces to make them fully accessible to  the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

On the basement  floor, there is a large parking space with capacity for 3 vehicles. In  addition, there is a multifunctional space that can be adapted to  functions such as a cinema room, games room or gymnasium. Finally, on  this floor we also find the machinery room of the house together with a  storage room and the access area to the staircase and lift.

On  the ground floor of the house, we find the main entrance of the house  and access to a large hall. From this hall we can access a space that  can be used as a bedroom or a large work space and which has an en-suite  bathroom. Following the access corridor, we find the access to the lift  and the stairs and finally a large open area. In this large area  visually communicated in its entirety, we find the living room area, the  dining room area and the kitchen area which is fully equipped with  high-end appliances of the ASKO brand. Finally, from the kitchen, we can  access the laundry area, which in turn offers an access door to an open  parking area with a pergola.

From the living room, as well as  from the dining room and from the kitchen, there is access to the porch  area of the house, which is composed of a large space of 55 m2 in which  a spacious barbecue area is inserted, and an outdoor bathroom, and from  which we can also enjoy a large terrace and an infinity pool, which has  a beach area.

Finally, on the upper floor we find the most  private area of the house which is formed by the bedrooms. We have two  very spacious secondary bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. From  these bedrooms we can access a large outdoor terrace common to these  rooms. Finally on this floor we find a large master bedroom, which has a  complete en suite bathroom and a dressing room area, as well as having  access to a private terrace and wonderful sea views.
