The country house is located in Lleus, Benissa. It is very well  communicated with both Benissa and Calpe, the road is wide and in good  condition. It is 10 minutes by car from Calpe. It has a large plot of  land and terraces.

In process for the construction of a swimming pool!

All the facade has large windows that illuminate all the rooms.

GROUND  FLOOR: it has the kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with bathroom en  suite, a storeroom under the stairwell and the dining room. The dining  room has access to the ‘Riurau’, a typical rural construction of the  Marina Alta. It has a south-east orientation.

UPSTAIRS: it has  a bedroom with en suite bathroom and a small dressing room. It has  another bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bathroom is prepared to be  divided in two. There is also the possibility of making a fourth  bedroom.

On the plot there is a shed (tools), and at the entrance there are several olive trees.

The renovation was finished at the end of 2023.

IMPORTANT! On  the 7th of May the project for the construction of a swimming pool was  sent. WATER SHEET OF 9,00 X 4,50 METRES. The buyer could choose whether  to build it or not (and if he wants it, the finishing of the pool).

We are also in the process of legalising a well. So the property would have its own water supply.
